🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Preet Spices & Oil

At Preet Spices & Oil, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a careful and transparent return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fair service.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

All food products sold by Preet Spices & Oil are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Quality issues confirmed by our team

This is in accordance with food safety regulations, as we cannot resell returned consumables.

🧾 Returns – Case-by-Case Basis

We understand that concerns may arise. We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is provided as evidence

Each return/refund request will be reviewed individually and is subject to approval.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate any claims, we strictly require an unboxing video. This helps us quickly resolve issues and ensures transparency.

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Show the full opening process clearly

  • Highlight any missing, damaged, or incorrect items

⚠️ No claims will be entertained without a proper unboxing video.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited via UPI only.

📦 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on food items. However, we may send a replacement if your product qualifies under our return policy.
