🚫 Non-Returnable Products

All food products sold by Preet Spices & Oil are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Quality issues confirmed by our team

This is in accordance with food safety regulations, as we cannot resell returned consumables.


🧾 Returns – Case-by-Case Basis

We understand that concerns may arise. We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is provided as evidence

Each return/refund request will be reviewed individually and is subject to approval.

To validate any claims, we strictly require an unboxing video. This helps us quickly resolve issues and ensures transparency.

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Show the full opening process clearly

  • Highlight any missing, damaged, or incorrect items

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited via UPI only.
